Kootenai Camp will provide the ulimate "retreat" for younger members

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho  (June 9, 2008) - As part of the Weiskopf course expansion currently underway, The Club at Black Rock is scheduled to officially unveil "Kootenai Camp" in June 2008. The kids' clubhouse will offer programs and amenities designed specifically for kids and teens and will be located in the heart of the Black Rock community.

The new amenity features a swimming pool with waterslides, a lake for fishing, zip line, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and an indoor rock-climbing wall. The clubhouse will also have computers, video games and locker rooms as well as the home base for "Black Rock Adventures" - a program of daily planned events including hiking trips, archery, swimming, golf, sailing, rock climbing and fly-fishing lessons. Kids can participate in a full-day program, individual activities or just hang out.

In addition to on-site programs, Kootenai Camp will arrange trips to Silverwood theme park, horseback riding at Black Rock Ranch, hiking trips and Pirate Cruise excursions on LakeCoeur d'Alene.  On-site events include "Family Days" on Sundays and "Kids' Night Out" on Friday and Saturday nights until 10:00 p.m. Special on-site events include outdoor movie nights, Black Rock Olympics and scavenger hunts, just to name a few.

"The Club at Black Rock is a community for the entire family, and our goal with Kootenai Camp was to create the ultimate hangout for our youngest members," said Marshall Chesrown, CEO of Black Rock Development.  "The sign on the entrance says it all - parents by invitation only."
