High Altitude Home in the Hills

The Club at Black Rock offers an ideal second home community with lakefront views and 650 acres of property highlighted by the award-winning Jim Engh-designed golf course, which was recently named the “Best New Private Golf Course:” by Golf Digest. With phase two currently underway, the community delivers family-oriented amenities including a 31,000 square-foot clubhouse, marina, access to Black Rock Ranch and 24-hour concierge services.

Upon completion, 1,150 acres of property will be added to expand the property, with the addition of a Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course and clubhouse slated to open next spring. Club membership is limited to property owners and invited guests. A new equestrian center and Kootenai Camp for kids and teens will also enhance community offerings. The Club at Black Rock will ultimately offer 756 homesites, home and cabins; homesites available at this time range from on-third acre to two acres.
